THE COURSE

Each Thursday we’ll meet live on zoom for a time to share your experience and ask questions. We’ll then delve into a yoga practice.

Each Monday you’ll receive a pre-recorded video on the theme of the week as well as a meditation or pranayama (breathing) practice for you to practice in your own time.

Connect with the power of image and memory to ignite resilience. Understand your own psychology and expand your capacity for holding experiences to experience more joy and less stress.

Week 3: Vision

Connect to the present as a source of safety and support. Explore yogic philosophy and develop single pointed focus to move towards your aspirations sustainably.

Week 4: Presence

Hi, I’m Cecilia!


Bringing together the modalities of yoga, meditation, breath practices, nervous system regulation principles, somatic practices, yogic philosophy and psychology, I help you cultivate balance so you can sustain those higher levels of success, without the stress and overwhelm.

In this course I bring together my years of teaching yoga, focusing on mental health and the nervous system, my years of studying psychology and working in mental health as well as my own experience of struggling with and recovering my own mental health from anxiety, depression and burnout.

These are the tools and practices I’ve personally used to heal from chronic stress, anxiety and burnout as well as work in high pressure environments and travel solo.

Over the last few years I’ve been sharing these powerful practices with others and seen incredible results.

My mission is to empower you to move from stress and anxiety to calm resilience so you can unlock your potential, carrying with you an unshakable sense of inner strength, stability and joy.
