Hi, I’m Cecilia

Through a combined 11 years of experience studying and working with yoga, psychology and mental health, I have created what I now call the SomaSync framework. This framework is a bringing together of the most powerful practices and techniques I have found for alleviating stress, anxiety and low moods and transforming them into calm, resilience and clarity.

To support you, I bring together somatic techniques, nervous system regulation, psychology and yogic philosophy, all seamlessly integrated with yoga, meditation and breath practices.

My mission is to support you to feel more calm and resilient so you can sleep better, enjoy mental clarity and untie your identity from your work so you can free up more precious hours each week for your closest people.
